Run Waves’ Award-Winning Plugins with Your Yamaha DM7 Console
With the Waves WSG-PY64 I/O card, you can now integrate Waves plugins with your Yamaha DM7 console. Live sound engineers mixing on DM7 consoles can now run Waves’ award-winning plugins in ultra-low latency, complete with multi-track recording and playback.
With a setup consisting of a WSG-PY64-equipped DM7 console, a Waves SoundGrid DSP server, and a Mac or PC, you can now process 64 audio channels using Waves’ vast catalog of industry-leading EQs, compressors, effects, analog emulations, unique problem solvers, and more.
With DM7 firmware version 1.7 and the Waves WSG-PY64 card installed, DM7 series consoles can use Waves SoundGrid® technology to run Waves plug-ins at ultra-low latency, complete with multi-track recording and playback. The card provides 64 channels of audio processing with the whole range of Waves SoundGrid-compatible plug-ins to choose from.*
Adding to the DM7 series’ already large selection of cutting-edge processing, Waves plug-ins give sound engineers access to an unparallelled range of high quality sonic options.
