The USB Pre IIis a high quality 2 input / 2 output 192kHz capable digital interface. The inputs can accommodate 2 microphone inputs or two line inputs. The USB Pre II takes instrument or mic level signals and converts them with a 32 bit ADC containing sample rates from 44.1kHz to 192kHz for computer input. USB audio is converted using a 32 bit stereo DAC to analog audio. Custom transformers remove ground loops and other system noise between digital and analog audio systems. READY TO RECORD With CUBASE LE Software and USB cable included, the USB II isfully loaded for recording out of the box. The front panel headphone output and illuminated input gain knobs allow for on the spot monitoring.
